Great location and clean, spacious rooms. Our only complaint is the rooms can get warm even after adjusting the thermostat but other than that we were very pleased with our stay!

Clean room, easy instructions to check in via the email sent. Very response via text msg which made it easier to communicate the small request for thr amenities. The location was perfect for using the train to go to the stadium. Didnt use my rental much so the paid parking came in handy since there is only 2 hrs max parking outside the property.

Kim was a really good communicator and the stay was exactly what I expected. Clean, spacious and just a lovely stay. Really good location and the water was lovely and hot! Would recommend for a short or long stay in the lovely Cowes, IOW.

It's actually a beautiful and central location to visit Waiheke Island, and it has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, large parts of the complex are poorly maintained, including the cottages themselves. This significantly detracts from the overall experience, especially as the bedding, pillows, etc. are very old and not clean. For us, this is a no-go. It's a shame, but we didn't feel comfortable there.

Wonderful accommodation. Everything we needed was catered for (Self Catering unit). Bed was comfortable - even had an electric blanket for cold evenings. Very comfortable

Great little place, well equipped, and coffee and bottled water provided. Beautiful apartment. Really quirky little courtyard that was a delight to sit in. Centrally located but also nice and quiet.
