It was such a pleasant and satisfying experience in staying here. Supplied items are in compete and in good conditions, cleanliness is excellent, very spacious and is comfortable. The check in and check out process is smooth without any hiccup.
Would definitely back again to stay as the owner/operator is very responsive, understanding and respectful. Most of all, the refund of the deposit is prompt and fast.
My family had a wonderful stay in this home stay.

Clean ,comfortable, extra blankets, everything for cooking in the studios. Negatives: no office,tel. number given nobody answers, you have to leave message, person never called back , no information given how to make it in the studio,was very frustrating.better communication needed!

Excellent location and amenities. Strategically located on Jalan Kaliurang, Uttara is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and offers easy access to anywhere in Yogyakarta. This was my fourth stay, and I keep coming back for the prime location and the lovely pool with a stunning view of Mount Merapi. The gym is small but decent. My only gripe is the building’s mixed management—hotel units, apartments, and Airbnbs operate separately, making it hard to know exactly who you’re booking from.
Another thing: the security here is the worst, they followed you and make it uncomfortable, they ask questions when you go to the gym, ask again when you sit by the pool, chill bro you’re not a five star hotel.

Ok for short break. Last time they have good restaurant walking distance now the restaurant was closed.

Ottima posizione , a due passi da via Etnea la via principale per lo shopping e dal fantastico anfiteatro romano .Struttura ottima : stanze pulite e molto ampie .Personale affidabilissimo e molto disponibile , specialmente sig. Federico .

This is the strangest guest house I have ever stayed in. There is no physical contact with guests. You have to press the intercom at the front door to speak to someone. You arrive and they give u the code for the lock box and room via email . I saw no one during my 5 day stay. No brochures for tourist info. Room was not serviced once . View was their back garden which was a building site.

Superbe pension de famille ! Nous avons passé 4j au top avec un super accueil de la part de Lovina et Alexis. Les logements sont propres et bien équipés. Le lodge est bien situé et il y a plein d'activité à faire autour où directement avec eux. La plage privée et son lagon sont magnifiques pour y faire du snorkling dans le jardin de corail et pour admirer les couchers de soleil. Les repas sont succulents avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Un grand merci à vous ! A la prochaine !
