Everything is perfect except the lift which gets very crowded.

We arranged the accommodation through Nick who was quick to respond to my texts, happy to help and is a genuinely lovely guy. We have a soft top car and was keen it was parked somewhere safe, well we could not have chosen any better, plenty of parking and cameras on the car. The accommodation itself was clean, bright and modern (7 double plug sockets). While we did not use the kitchen there was a microwave and fridge, crockery etc. only a few mins to the sea front. All in all an excellent experience and one we would love to do again. Thank you Nick, we will be back later in the year??

Abbiamo alloggiato alla Locanda Il Porcellum, scelta dopo aver letto molte recensioni positive, e devo dire che è stata un ottima scelta! Situato in un punto con un bel paesaggio ed una tranquillità assoluta. La camera era molto carina e spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Francesca, la responsabile delle camere e delle colazioni, una persona davvero disponibile e alla mano, la quale ci ha consigliato come muoverci nei dintorni. Un grazie speciale va a lei, e alla cordialità della gente del posto, torneremo sicuramente alla Locanda!

Io e mia moglie ci troviamo sempre bene in questa locanda dove siamo stati anche in precedenza. Camera accogliente e, in proporzio al livello e al costo, decisamente te confortevole. Insomma un piacere tornarci. Questa volta la camera non affacciava sulla vasca, ma poco male avevamo due finestre e un venticello eccellente. Una menzione particolare per la signora Francesca che ci ha servito la colazione. Simpatica e gentile. Sicuramente torneremo. Un consiglio va però dato ai gestori. Aumentate l'offerta del buffet a colazione.

Great location but that is where it ends. Photos are very staged and no where near as nice as the pictures. Glad we only had 2 nights here. We stayed out of the apartment as much as possible. I have stayed in many apartments because I love to go to local markets and cook when traveling in different countries. I would not cook in this one sadly. The price was way too expensive for what you get. Also note no lift/elevator which we knew ahead of time however before booking I reached out to ask which apartment was on the lowest floor but received no response. You have to go to an office to pick up the keys and the process is rather archaic. It should be much easier when booking online. Took way too long when you are the one paying and it’s your vacation time. So many great places to stay in the wonderful town of Bolzano so look elsewhere. The one bright spot was they had a washing machine and drying rack.

Soggiorno impeccabile! Il B&B è estremamente pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, si respira un’atmosfera ordinata e rilassante. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza e molto accoglienti. è evidente la passione e l’attenzione che mettono nella gestione. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e con un’accoglienza calorosa!"

This lovely guest house is ideally placed for a lovely stroll in to the city along the river. But be warned it is situated on a busy road so can be a bit of noise during the evening. We had the windows open as it was a very warm weekend so not sure what it would be like with the windows shut. There is a cooling unit available too but this was noisy which could not be helped. Apart from this the apartment was extremely clean and tidy with some toiletries and towels should you forget them. There were some basic necessities too like tea, coffee, sugar and a good sized fridge and cooker should you need them. 2 single beds not a double but not an issue for us as we were only there for 1 night. Parking is available too but reserve in advance.

De um modo geral agradou , equipa bem disposta e simpática, servi?o de restaura??o bom. Zona de piscina caótica ...controlo de escorregas zero , ninguém controla quem desce e quem chega ..acidentes constantes, pes?es,atroplamentos ...após varios avisos ..zero preocupa??o, pe?o desculpa no dia em passaram por cima de mim esteve alguém a visionar durante 15 minutos...depois ninguém E lamentavel com tanta coisa engra?ada e anima??o noturna ZERO , piscina de escorregas sem qualquer vigilancia

I stay for 3d2n..The apartment provided was good..Quit spacious and the environment very calming..My son loves very much..But cloud you more provided some services as iron bcoz i need to rented it from the property..In addition, please highlighted about muslim friendly because I am suspicious for the plates n cup provided..But overall all is good..Please maintain n upgraded if its good for your customers..I will return to you for the next trip. Thanks You

If you are looking for some peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. The place is close enough to amenities and the beach but its away from the noise (Stillbaai is quite laid back so there's no real noise).The property itself is quite spacious, has a nice modern touch and great views from the front porch with a braai area. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
